The process for selecting student representatives is conducted through a direct, secret ballot. The election takes place exclusively electronically, using the specialized information system known as the “ZEUS Digital Ballot Box,” provided by the Greek State-owned company “National Infrastructures for Research and Technology S.A.”

The election of representatives is conducted using a single ballot paper listing all student candidates for each cycle of study within the Department of Physics.

The election is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2026, between 09:00 and 14:00.

Should the process prove inconclusive, it shall be repeated on the following working day—Friday, October 16, 2026—at the same time and in the same manner.

In the event of a repeat vote, the provisions herein shall apply accordingly, following electronic communication with GRNET S.A. regarding the availability of dates, and without the need to re-sign a Personal Data Processing Agreement.
