DUTH acts as the Coordinating Institution. These programmes combine mobility, in-person presence, and virtual learning. They support innovative teaching and learning methods. Priority areas include challenges like the climate crisis, the circular economy, and migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BIPs involve at least three (3) higher education institutions from three (3) different EU Member States. Each programme includes both distance and face-to-face activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Completing each BIP must award at least 3 ECTS credits. Each group includes twenty (20) mobile Erasmus+ funded students. Teaching or training staff moving for teaching (STA) are not included in this number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teaching staff may belong to a Programme Country HEI or be invited from a public or private enterprise in a Programme Country. There are no set eligibility criteria for the duration of the virtual learning. However, virtual and in-person learning together must award at least three (3) ECTS credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three (3) selected BIPs must end by July 31, 2027. The Senate of DUTH approved this proposal. You can find the detailed framework for selection and implementation at: <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus.duth.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/\u03a0\u03bb\u03b1\u03af\u03c3\u03b9\u03bf-\u0392\u0399\u03a0-\u0394\u03a0\u0398.pdf\">https:\/\/erasmus.duth.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/\u03a0\u03bb\u03b1\u03af\u03c3\u03b9\u03bf-\u0392\u0399\u03a0-\u0394\u03a0\u0398.pdf.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submission of proposals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested faculty members are invited to submit electronically to the Erasmus+ Office (Ms. Evgenia Theocharidou, theochae@affil.duth.gr) by Friday, May 30, 2026, a brief description of their proposal in the attached template, accompanied by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit approval of the BIP plan from the relevant Department Assembly. The Department must accept the proposal and award at least three (3) ECTS credits to participating students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Request and obtain written confirmation of collaboration from professors of each partner institution to include in the submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf The outline of the proposed project in Greek and English according to the MODIP model of DUTH, which will indicate the learning outcomes, thematic areas, and the evaluation method. More information is available on the website of the Erasmus+ Office of DUTH: https:\/\/erasmus.duth.gr\/?page_id=122<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the deadline, proposals are accepted only as runners-up. They will be reviewed if funding permits. The Erasmus+ Committee of DUTH will evaluate proposals against criteria set out in the Senate-approved framework. Results and detailed scores will be announced within fifteen (15) days of the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appeals procedure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a staff member finds an error in the evaluation or scoring, they may request a review. The request must identify the points for review and be sent to the Department of International Relations\/Erasmus+ (intrela@duth.gr) within five days of the results.
