The academic profile of the Department of Physics is based on a set of commonly accepted principles, values \u200b\u200band beliefs including quality, excellence, collaboration and counseling. Interdisciplinarity is reflected in the teachers of the department.<br> Intelligent materials, sensors, controllers, biomechanical applications are implemented in modern electronic devices. Chua chaotic circuits find application in cryptography and secure data transmission. Implementation of artificial intelligence at hardware level is made possible through microelectronic devices (eg memristor). New data from the superconductivity field are forcing the scientific community to revise its energy orientations.
